İsmail H. Kadı, Ph.D. (2008), Leiden University, is Assistant Professor of Ottoman History at Istanbul Medeniyet University. He has published on Ottoman-Dutch realtions as well as on Ottoman Empire's relations with Southeast Asian Countries.
